کراچی: فیصل عباسی قتل کیس میں پاکستان بازار پولیس نے کارروائی کرتے ہوئے مرکزی ملزم سمیت تین افراد کو گرفتار کرنے کا دعویٰ کیا ہے۔ پولیس کے مطابق ملزمان سے قتل میں استعمال ہونے والا اسلحہ، ایک غیر قانونی پستول اور زخمی سے چھینا گیا اسلحہ بھی برآمد کر لیا گیا ہے۔
ڈسٹرکٹ ویسٹ پولیس کے ترجمان نے بتایا کہ قتل کیس میں ملوث ایک موٹر سائیکل سوار، عبدالحمید عرف کاکا، کو پہلے ہی گرفتار کیا جا چکا تھا، جبکہ مرکزی ملزم کی گرفتاری کے لیے چھاپے مارے جا رہے تھے۔
پولیس کے مطابق خفیہ اطلاع پر پاکستان بازار کے علاقے میں کارروائی کے دوران مرکزی ملزم اویس عرف کچی ولد عبدالستار کو گرفتار کیا گیا۔ کارروائی کے دوران اس کے دو مبینہ ساتھی، روہان ولد عبدالجبار اور بلال عرف بلا ولد ندیم، بھی پولیس کی حراست میں آ گئے۔
ترجمان کے مطابق گرفتار ملزمان کے قبضے سے زخمی فہد عرف شانی سے چھینا گیا پستول، قتل میں مبینہ طور پر استعمال ہونے والا اسلحہ، ایک اور غیر قانونی پستول اور گولیاں برآمد کی گئیں۔
پولیس کا کہنا ہے کہ مرکزی ملزم اویس عرف کچی پر الزام ہے کہ اس نے یکم جولائی کی شب اورنگی ٹاؤن کے سیکٹر 10 غوثیہ چوک میں قائم یونین کونسل نمبر 5 کے دفتر پر فائرنگ کی، جس کے نتیجے میں پاکستان پیپلز پارٹی کے مقامی یونین کونسل صدر فیصل عباسی جاں بحق جبکہ فہد عباسی اور فہد عرف شانی زخمی ہوئے۔
پولیس کے مطابق واقعے کا مقدمہ مومن آباد تھانے میں قتل اور اقدامِ قتل کی دفعات کے تحت درج کیا گیا تھا۔
ترجمان نے بتایا کہ جائے وقوعہ سے حاصل ہونے والی سی سی ٹی وی فوٹیج میں مرکزی ملزم کو مبینہ طور پر واردات کے لیے جاتے ہوئے دیکھا جا سکتا ہے۔ پولیس کے مطابق دورانِ تفتیش ملزم نے بتایا کہ مقتول اور زخمی افراد کے ساتھ اس کی پرانی دشمنی چلی آ رہی تھی، جس کی وجہ سے اس نے فائرنگ کی۔
پولیس نے مزید بتایا کہ گرفتار ملزم اور اس کے ساتھیوں کا مجرمانہ ریکارڈ بھی حاصل کر لیا گیا ہے۔ ان کے خلاف مومن آباد تھانے میں اقدامِ قتل، غیر قانونی اسلحہ، پولیس مقابلے اور گٹکا ماوا ایکٹ کے تحت مقدمات درج ہیں۔
